Try rubbing them with the inside of a half-...Laura,<br />Try rubbing them with the inside of a half-cut lemon. It should keep the brown away without making them taste too lemony. Also, I slice a half, but keep all of the pieces pushed together, as though they were still attached. it also reduces the amount of air that touches the apple flesh.
